Fortunately in Arkansas, by contacting your court and requesting permission, you may be able to dismiss a traffic violation by completing a defensive driving course. If not, you may be able to receive similar benefits with an insurance reduction through a defensive driving course.

Most if not all States provide both a general speed restriction and specific speed limits. You must obey both.
